Egret has a team member ups to 150. Among which, over 100 labor workers, 15 salesman, 5 financial persons, 5 quality person, 5 technical persons, 5 purchasing person, 5 HR & Administrators，10 planning persons. We always put customer in first place. To ensure customers' benefits, each departments collaborate closely, we communicate often, set meetings often. Furthermore, we have KPI for management persons and other employees. Also, Egret is people oriented. For instance, we organize team building activities every year, to enhance the relationship between our employees. In the meantime, we have bonus system as well as penalty system, to ensure employees’ positivity and enthusiasm to work.
Our social responsibilities mainly refer to environment protection, human oriented, commercial ethics, promote social progress, offer jobs, etc. In terms of environment protection, we adopt energy saving equipment, and special water & air treatment facilities, to reduce harmful emissions at most.
Egret is a leading manufacturer of adhesive & non-adhesive tapes. Such as: aluminum foil tape, PE tape, PET tape, PVC tape, foam tape. As well as double sided tissue tape, cloth tape, masking tape, Kraft tape, BOPP tape, etc. By now, main customer group are refrigerator factories. Besides, we make pressure switches & other HVAC parts for commercial air conditioning systems.

Up to now 2022, Egret Mfg already reaches a annual sales volume of 40 million USD. Luckily, we are still growing every year. On one hand, our orders are increasing quickly. On the other hand, we expand our capacity by opening new factory. Important to mention, Egret will start new production in new factory on the second half of 2022. By that time, our capacity for tape will be doubled.

New factory in Anhui is founded, double our capacity.
In Oct, 2022, Egret set up a new tape factory and office in Pathum Thani , Thailand. The main purpose is to get more close to customers, provide faster service, faster delivery, to help customer reduce inventory pressure & cost.
Egret products certified with UL, CE, REACH, ROHS, BS 476, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001:2015, etc. Besides that, we pay much attention on the quality control from raw material to finish products. Take aluminum foil tape as an example. We will do incoming raw material inspection on the aluminum foil. We will test the thickness, tensile strength, elongation rate of the foil. After all is qualified, then we put them in our warehouse. Secondly, we will coat the glue on the aluminum foil. And cut an A4 sheet of foil, test in our lab. Especially, testing the peeling adhesion, static shear, holding power, loop tack of the adhesive. In the event that the glue stickiness meets customer's requirement, then we will proceed production. Otherwise, we will put NG on the tape. Moreover, before sending to customer. We will do final checking on the sampling tape, also will check the packing solidity. To ensure customer can receive qualified products, after long way of sea shipment.
