Egret LP series pressure control can protect compressors in refrigeration and air-condition plant, and keep them from over-low pressure or over-high suction pressure.

LP series pressure control can start and stop refrigeration compressors and fans of air condensers. It can be used not only in fluoride refrigeration, but also in air and liquid.

LP series pressure control are fitted with 3 kind of changeover switch: a single pole double throw (SPDT), a double pole single throw (DPDT) and a double pole double throw (DPDT). The position of the switch is determined by the pressure control setting and the pressure at the connector.

First, we use turning lathe and CNC milling machine, to cutting and machining different size of copper male thread and nuts, springs, there are BSP 1/4 inch, NPT 1/8 inch etc.

Second, use the mold to produce the plastic air box and shell, scale plate, micro switch.

NO.3

Third, silver soldering and laser welding, and then assembling the connection port to the air box, micro switch, scale plate, spring, and other components.

NO.4

Forth, encapsulate the whole parts with black plastic shell housing. Fifth, factory calibrating the different customized pressure setting.

Finally, wiring, acid pickling, epoxy, and inspection.
